Drink of the week: Daiquiri

Summer is almost over but hang on with a simple daiquiri.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime
  • optional: dash or 2 of orange or grapefruit bitters

Shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass.
